Il log di antivir lo posterò a breve.,ho installato il service pack 3 e tutti gli aggiornamenti,ma il problema rimane sempre inalterato.Che sia un problema di riconoscimento dell ip di connessione o qualcosa legato alla connesssione stessa?

purtroppo il webmaster del gioco non sa cosa fare oltre a provare a riabilitare i miei utenti,ma l'errore persiste imperterrito.Ma a cosa cavolo può essere legato?

Dato che non sei l'unico ad aver avuto questo problema credo sia legato alla linea, quindi qualche errore o nei server di Alice o nei server del gioco.

Il problema credo sia dovuto all'applicazione server che individua client forse attraverso il domain name o l'indirizzo IP.
Dovrebbero gestire meglio le sessioni e legarle sia ad un hash che ad un cookie dando alla sessione aperta un timeout di qualche minuto.
